This website belongs to Joana Anastácio, an independent marine sustainability consultant and trainer. You can reach me at joana.s.anastacio@gmail.com.

What this site collects

The contact form collects your name, email address, organisation (if you provide it), the topic you select, your message and the language of the page you were on. The site does not use cookies for tracking and does not run analytics.

Why, and on what legal basis

I use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to follow up on it. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering messages you choose to send me (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Where your data is processed

The form is handled by this website's hosting provider, Cloudflare, and the message is delivered to my mailbox through the email service Resend. Both act as processors on my behalf.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up. I review my mailbox at least once a year and delete messages that are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing joana.s.anastacio@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
